As you are likely aware, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law goes into effect on May 25, 2018.
The law was put into place to ensure that all EU citizens have the right to know how their personal data is gathered and used, and the right to protect that personal data from unauthorized use.
However, there is no need to worry because we have you covered. We’ve put into place a number of measures to ensure GDPR compliance.
All of our user data is anonymized in data store to ensure privacy of the user is upheld. Our data stores and supporting services are protected behind firewalls and resides within internal networks, where only key personnel can access it. We do our utmost to ensure your data is always safe and secure!
Right to View Data
Any of your end users who request to review their data can easily do so. All you have to do is supply us with the email / phone number of that user and we can quickly transfer over the data to you.
Opting Out & Right to be Forgotten
The same approach applies to the user's right to be forgotten. If a user no longer wants to receive information from you, send us their email / phone number address and we’ll remove their data. For the final remaining data we offer an endpoint which can remove cookies stored in their browser.
Which Data We Store
As a data processor, we only store data that is provided by you, the controller. For more information on which data we store, you can consult our help article.
