AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS: – Yieldr Air, the demand intelligence platform for airlines, has been selected by Air Italy as the software of choice for customer personalization and revenue optimization.
Following a streamlined onboarding process, Yieldr Air has finalized the project created for Air Italy. Yieldr Air aims to be at the core of the airline’s customer targeting decisions on flight performance. The airline will utilize the software’s predictive analytics and machine learning recommendation capabilities to grow its direct distribution revenue and cut costs stemming from unnecessary channels.
The direct distribution of online and mobile channels for carriers over the last years have grown and will continue to grow. According to IATA, carriers are expected to see around 45% of reservations coming through their own direct channels by 2021, up from 33% this year.
"We can bring greater value to the customer experience by establishing a direct relationship between traveler and airline."
”With our Yieldr Air product, customer data analysis is at the core of every feature,” said Mendel Senf, Founder, Yieldr. “A recurring topic is how to bring revenue management, e-commerce and marketing decisions all in one place looking at the same data, and how we can bring greater value to the customer experience by establishing a direct relationship between traveler and airline, which is the way forward for airlines.”
Yieldr Air specializes in identifying revenue opportunities by analyzing route and flight performance and matches those insights with customer data to deploy revenue management decisions in real time.
