We’ve added a host of new features to Yield Air including booking curves, abandoned cart personalization additions and historical data. So without further ado, let’s get into it.
Introducing Booking Curves
Implemented by popular demand, we’ve added Booking Curves to Yieldr Air. You can view these by navigating to the Flights page and clicking on a specific flight.
By integrating data from your PSS/reservation system, you can see a visual representation of your flights’ bookings over time. The data is displayed in a graph, which clearly shows how bookings develop as time gets closer to the day of departure.
New Abandoned Cart Features
In our previous product update we announced the arrival of our abandoned cart email service. Since then we’ve already added new features. In addition to MailChimp, we now also support SendGrid and MagNews as email service providers.
We’ve added further personalization features by identifying passengers as adults, children or babies, allowing for more precise offer targeting to users.
Lastly, if for whatever reason you need to pause your abandoned cart campaigns, this is now possible.
More Historical Routes Data
Last but certainly not least we’ve reinforced the available metrics (revenue, load factor and RASK) by supporting historical data. You can now compare the performance of your routes against last year’s (2017) performance.
As you can see from the screenshot above, your 2017 performance is displayed next your current routes, so you can track your pace with that of last year’s.
